Nederlands bekendste industriële monument kan gerestaureerd worden met steun van
BankGiro Loterij, Provincie Noord-Holland en Hoogheemraadschap Rijnland.

Het stoomgemaal De Cruquius in de Haarlemmermeer is voor een symbolisch bedrag overgedragen aan Vereniging Hendrick de Keyser. De Vereniging neemt hiermee een zeer grote restauratie-verplichting op zich.

In the period November to February the museum is closed on weekdays visit. The museum is open weekends from 11.00 to 17.00 hours.

In winter, the Tuesday the 'scholendag', Tuesdays at schools can book their museum visits.

Additional opening up for groups is possible, but only in conjunction with a tour and an additional charge of € 150, - (including 1 round leader).

Weddings, corporate presentations and events in the winter closure is also possible. Further information on request.
